Fact? a Cleanse does work! It’s usually a diet of strictly liquid based meals or well managed food intake ment to flush the system of unwanted waste back up. A “detox”.
Fiction?  Long cleanses and ”detox” regimens are safe, and effective.
Fact? Starving the body for an extended amount of time using any method is bad and unhealthy. Use a product like Shakeology that is meant as a liquid replacement shake not lacking proper nutrients you body needs on a daily basis. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, never exceed 3 days, and always follow it with a proper, well proportioned diet.
