Q: What equipment will I need with your programs?
A: Depending on if you are using my recommend program Brazil Butt Lift or soemthing else like p90x your needs will vary. Brazil Butt Lift uses ankle weights and light dumbbells. However for p90x you will need the P90X Pull-Up Bar and either resistance bands or dumbbells. Other equipment that helps, but isn’t completely necessary are the Yoga Blocks, PowerStands, and Heart Rate Monitor.
Q: Which do you recommend: the bands or dumbbells?
A: Both are effective. However, if you travel a lot, it would be good for you to get the resistance bands, which can be easily packed away in your suitcase. Dumbbells are excellent if you have the space.
Q: What range of dumbbells do you use?
A: I currently use a range from 10lbs to 25lbs, but started off using 5lbs to 10lbs.
